Hapton Property

The whole roof needed replacing and the existing tiles were shot. We removed the whole roof, the felt and battens and replaced everything with new. We also installed a new dry ridge system as well as new verge system. 

Bury Property

The roof was in a very poor condition but the client needed to keep cost down so we opted to retain some of the slates. We fully stripped the roof and installed new battens and felt. We were able to keep the old cover flashings and saved 70% of the slates whilst supplying the rest from a used slate supplier. Thankfully the project came in a lot less than a new roof with the benefit of a decent guarantee to keep the tenants dry for the foreseeable future.
